VixiaTech SMS Privacy Policy

Applies to text messages sent and received by VixiaTech, Inc. (“VixiaTech,” “we,” “us”) via our business phone numbers, including messages from Howard Mahran’s executive assistant, Sarah.

Information we collect

When you opt in to receive SMS from VixiaTech, we may collect and store:

• Your mobile phone number
• Your name and the business context of the conversation (for example, meeting times or follow-up notes)
• Message content you send to us and that we send to you
• Basic delivery metadata (timestamps, delivery status)

How we use this information

We use this information only to:

• Send transactional and customer-care texts you requested (appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and call follow-ups)
• Respond when you text our business numbers
• Honor opt-out and help requests (including STOP and HELP)
• Maintain records needed for support, security, and legal compliance

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with us (typically a few messages per month when you have active scheduling). Message and data rates may apply.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate messaging (for example, our SMS carrier/platform) solely to deliver and support those messages, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep SMS-related records only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them unless a longer period is required by law.
